We perform both FTM and MTF “top” surgery. Most procedures are covered by insurance and we will submit a prior authorization to your carrier for determination of medical necessity prior to scheduling your surgery.

PRICING

Pricing and financing

All prices listed are starting prices and may be higher than listed for your particular needs. Pricing includes hospital, anesthesia, and surgeon fees where appropriate. We encourage all patients to see more than one surgeon when considering a cosmetic procedure. Patients should not select a surgeon solely based on pricing. Please choose only a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The American Board of Plastic Surgery is the only board certifying agency in the United States for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

There are times when we can perform a cosmetic surgery in conjunction with your insurance based procedure. If this is the case, we will provide you with a custom quote for requested services. Facelifts are custom quotes. Many times your procedure may be covered by insurance. If you think your insurance may cover your procedure please call and speak with us. Should your procedure be determined to have an insurance covered component, your consultation will be billed to your insurance and copays and deductibles will apply. Consultations for cosmetic surgery are $100 which is collected at the time that you schedule. This payment may be used toward the price of your surgical procedure. This fee is reundable only if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least one week in advance.

About your provider

Brian Kiesnowski, MD, MPH

Dr. Kiesnowski is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. As a member of the Fox Valley community for over 20 years, he has served the area as a trauma call leader for patients needing immediate care for life changing injuries as well as patients desiring to feel more like themselves again after cancer surgery or lifestyle changes. Dr. Kiesnowski cares about his patients and sees a wide range of individuals from birth until end of life.

Dr. Kiesnowski was born and raised in California where attended the University of California and was awarded bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and biology as well as a master’s degree in public health. Upon completion of his master’s degree, Dr. Kiesnowski completed medical school at Rush University in Chicago where he had an opportunity to explore and come to love the Midwest. After completing a six year residency in general surgery, he went on to complete a two year fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Kentucky under the leadership of Henry Vasconez, MD, founder of Medical Mission Ecuador. Through the sponsorship of Rotary International, Dr. Kiesnowski, with Dr. Vasconez and a team of surgical nurses and anesthesiologists, served the Amabato, Ecuador, community during a mission trip where he reconstructed congenitally missing or deformed ears for pediatric patients in the community.

Dr. Kiesnowski continues to enjoy his love of children and complex reconstructive care to the Fox Valley. He is an avid outdoorsman enjoying downhill skiing, hunting, fishing, and clay target shooting.
