There are times when we can perform a cosmetic surgery in conjunction with your insurance based procedure. If this is the case, we will provide you with a custom quote for requested services. Facelifts are custom quotes. Many times your procedure may be covered by insurance. If you think your insurance may cover your procedure please call and speak with us. Consultations for cosmetic surgery are complementary. Should your procedure be determined to have an insurance covered component, your consultation will be billed to your insurance and copays and deductibles will apply.
We encourage all patients to see more than one surgeon when considering a cosmetic procedure. Patients should not select a surgeon solely based on pricing. Please choose only a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The American Board of Plastic Surgery is the only board certifying agency in the United States for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
Abdominoplasty – Starting at $9700
Abdominoplasty also known as a tummy tuck, removes excess fat and skin and includes the restoration of weakened or separated muscles creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer. When diet and exercise cannot help you achieve this goal abdominoplasty may be an option for you. Sometimes abdominoplasty can be performed in conjunction with hernia repair which Dr. Kiesnowski can also perform for you.
The most common causes of the unacceptable appearance of the abdomen include aging, pregnancy, prior surgery, significant fluctuations in weight, and heredity. It is important to note that abdominoplasty is not a weight loss solution and is not a substitute for diet and appropriate exercise. It is important to note that outcomes can be significantly diminished by large fluctuations in weight or future pregnancies. We recommend that patients be at or close to an ideal weight for at least 6 months and at least 9 to 12 months postpartum before considering abdominoplasty.

Breast Augmentation – Starting at $8100
Breast augmentation or augmentation mammoplasty involves using breast implants or fat transfer to increase the size of your breasts. This procedure can restore or improve breast volume lost after weight loss or pregnancy. Breast Augmentation can help you achieve a more rounded breast shape, cleavage, or improve natural breast size asymmetry.
Breast augmentation does not correct severely drooping breasts. A mastopexy, or breast lift, may be required along with a breast augmentation to achieve your post-surgical goals. A breast lift is usually performed at the same time as an augmentation but can also be done at a later time. Dr. Kiesnowski can help assist you in determining the best course of action to achieve your desired goals.

Mommy Makeover – Starting at $12150
A mommy makeover is a combination procedure that includes an abdominoplasty and a breast procedure. The breast procedure could be a breast reduction, augmentation, or lift. Pricing varies based on the procedure required to achieve the desired results. Mommy makeovers are generally performed on women after they have completed their family as a reparative procedure to restore the body as much as possible to the pre pregnancy state. Mommy makeovers can be performed on women of any age regardless of whether or not they have children.

Brachioplasty – Starting at $7600
Brachioplasty, or arm lift, is a surgical procedure to remove excess sagging skin in the upper arm area. The goal of the surgery is to improve the appearance of the upper arm by removing excess fat and skin. Changes in weight, aging, and heredity can cause your upper arms to droop. This condition cannot be corrected with exercise.

Otoplasty in Office – Starting at $4000
Otoplasty, or ear surgery, can improve the shape, position or proportion of the ear. Congenital deformities that are present at birth or that become more prominent with development can be corrected by otoplasty. This procedure can also treat misshapen ears caused by injury. Correction of deformities can have positive benefits to one’s appearance and self-esteem. If protruding or disfigured ears bother you or your child, you may benefit from surgery. In some cases, your insurance may cover the procedure.
Adults and children who are good candidates for ear surgery are generally healthy, over the age of 5, cooperative with post operative care, including wearing appropriate ear banding for an extended period of time, and able to express their concerns to the doctor when surgery is discussed. For young children, this is especially important. For adults and teenagers smoking can severely effect healing and can cause major complications.
Ear surgery is a highly individualized procedure may be performed in the office, outpatient hospital, or surgery center.

Labiaplasty – Starting at $3500*
Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure to decrease the size of the labia minora. This procedure is performed both for cosmetic and therapeutic reasons. There are many reasons that a woman could have enlarged labia including childbirth, aging, genetics, and sexual activity. Women who suffer from painful intercourse, difficulty with hygiene, urinary tract infections, and difficulty with exercise may benefit from this procedure. Insurance may cover labiaplasty if you meet medical necessity guidelines. Labiaplasty can be performed in the office or as an outpatient surgery depending on the specific needs of the patient.

Transgender Top Surgery – Starting at $7100*
We perform both FTM and MTF “top” surgery. Most procedures are covered by insurance and we will submit a prior authorization to your carrier for determination of medical necessity prior to scheduling your surgery. Please contact the office regarding documents that are necessary to submit to your carrier for the prior authorization.
