Brian Kiesnowski, MD, MPH
Dr. Kiesnowski is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. As a member of the Fox Valley community for over 20 years, he has served the area as a trauma call leader for patients needing immediate care for life changing injuries as well as patients desiring to feel more like themselves again after cancer surgery or lifestyle changes. Dr. Kiesnowski cares about his patients and sees a wide range of individuals from birth until end of life.
Dr. Kiesnowski was born and raised in California where attended the University of California and was awarded bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and biology as well as a master’s degree in public health. Upon completion of his master’s degree, Dr. Kiesnowski completed medical school at Rush University in Chicago where he had an opportunity to explore and come to love the Midwest. After completing a six year residency in general surgery, he went on to complete a two year fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Kentucky under the leadership of Henry Vasconez, MD, founder of Medical Mission Ecuador. Through the sponsorship of Rotary International, Dr. Kiesnowski, with Dr. Vasconez and a team of surgical nurses and anesthesiologists, served the Amabato, Ecuador, community during a mission trip where he reconstructed congenitally missing or deformed ears for pediatric patients in the community.
Dr. Kiesnowski continues to enjoy his love of children and complex reconstructive care to the Fox Valley. He is an avid outdoorsman enjoying downhill skiing, hunting, fishing, and clay target shooting.
Emily J. Duesing, MSN, APNP, NP-C
Emily is a board-certified advanced practice nurse practitioner working with Dr. Kiesnowski to prepare patients for surgery, perform minor procedures in the office, and assist Dr. Kiesnowski in the operating room. Emily brings her nursing skills to the office and provides compassionate care for patients of all ages. Emily is vital resource for patients and is essential to providing the best care for each patient treated at Appleton Plastic Surgery Center.
A native of Appleton, Emily attended Bellin College where she completed her BSN and MSN. Emily has a wide range of nursing experience and has worked in many areas of patient care including cardiovascular, medical and surgical care at Thedacare Hospitals. When not working, Emily enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities including boating and hiking with her dog.
Paige Krieck, MPAS, PA-C
Paige Krieck, MPAS, PA-C, is a dedicated and highly skilled Physician Assistant with a strong educational background and diverse clinical experience. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Concordia University Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology Healthcare Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Paige is committed to providing quality healthcare and has demonstrated her expertise in various medical settings.
Most recently serving as a General Surgery Physician Assistant at MCW in West Bend, WI, Paige comes to us with experience in the operating room as a first assist and handles minor outpatient procedures. Prior to this, Paige showcased her versatility as an Urgent Care & Family Medicine Physician Assistant at Prevea in Green Bay, WI, managing multiple health and wellness clinics and performing a range of procedures. With additional experience as a Pharmacy Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant, Paige brings a holistic approach to patient care. She is certified by the NCCPA, holds a Wisconsin Physician Assistant License, and is an active member of professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants. Paige’s dedication to excellence is reflected in her academic achievements, including being a Magna Cum Laude graduate, a Living the Mission Scholarship recipient, and a member of the Sigma Alpha Phi National Honor Society. Her passion for healthcare and commitment to continuous learning make her a valuable asset to the medical field.
